I enjoyed my stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel, but it had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic for exploring Sedona's key sites, and my room was comfortable and clean. However, the noisy street traffic was bothersome, and the pool's cleanliness left something to be desired. Overall, it was a decent experience at a fair price, but I probably wouldn't rush back.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring nice touches like a wall safe and fridge. I did want a ground-floor room but ended up on the second floor, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was good, but I felt there were quirks with the shower setup.
Service
10.0
The staff was remarkably friendly and went out of their way to help. They offered great recommendations and made my stay more enjoyable.
Location
6.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near hiking trails and local eateries, making it easy to access the beauty of Sedona. However, being on a busy street meant there was quite a bit of traffic and noise.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast included a decent variety, with some tasty options like breakfast burritos and waffles. While it was fine for a complimentary offering, nothing stood out as really good.
Facilities
6.0
Although the hot tub was a nice feature, the pool unfortunately looked dirty during my stay. That was a letdown, as I had hoped to relax by the water.

6.8/10

My stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making check-in a breeze. However, the noise from the highway and maintenance issues with the air conditioning disrupted my sleep, causing me to leave feeling less satisfied than I hoped. Breakfast was decent, but not as varied as I would have liked.

Rooms
5.0
The room was clean, but it showed signs of age with dated decor. Noise from the nearby highway kept me awake, and issues with the air conditioning added to my discomfort.
Service
9.0
The staff was really good! They greeted me warmly upon arrival and helped with my breakfast requests, making my stay more enjoyable despite other issues.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for hiking; however, being on Main Street, it was quite noisy at night, which detracted from my experience.
Dining

Breakfast options were limited, but the offerings were decent with a few healthy choices. I appreciated the outdoor seating for enjoying the morning sun.
Facilities

The hotel had decent facilities, including outdoor areas to relax, which were inviting. But housekeeping seemed to be lacking in some areas due to high demand.

I had a great stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby trails. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues — our shower curtain let a lot of water get onto the floor, and there were a few maintenance details that could use some attention.

Rooms
8.0
My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the in-room Starbucks coffee. However, I noticed that the shower curtain wasn't quite effective in keeping water off the floor.
Service

The staff provided really good service, always friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. They even offered great local recommendations, which enriched my experience.
Location

I loved the hotel's proximity to hiking trails like Devil's Bridge, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. This made getting around super convenient during my stay.
Dining

The breakfast spread was pretty impressive for a hotel. I particularly enjoyed making breakfast sandwiches with the ingredients provided, which were more than just the usual offerings.
Facilities

I appreciated the available laundry facilities, particularly at such a low price, which was great for my stay. The pool area was also nice, providing a good space to unwind after a day out.

7.0/10

My stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel was mostly enjoyable, with a few drawbacks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience more pleasant. The location was convenient for nearby dining and shopping, though being on the main road meant some traffic noise. While the room was clean and spacious, I found the mattress a bit hard and had a few issues with the breakfast options not meeting my expectations.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was clean and surprisingly spacious, which was great after a long day of exploring. However, the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, and I wished there had been different pillow options. The small window and single bathroom setup weren't ideal for privacy, especially for grooming.
Service
10.0
The service from the staff was really good; I felt welcomed throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist, whether it was with extra towels or local recommendations. I appreciated the accommodating nature of the team, especially when hosting some friends on the patio after a wedding.
Location
8.0
I found the hotel's location to be pretty good, just a short drive from Sedona's attractions. Being near nice restaurants and shops was a big plus, although it wasn't exactly pedestrian-friendly for easy walking to places. The traffic on the main road could be a slight distraction at times.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered a variety of options, which was decent but could have been better. I enjoyed the coffee and some of the hot items, but I was looking for a bit more quality in the selection. Compared to some other hotels I've stayed at, this breakfast was just okay.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included convenient laundry options, which were a lifesaver after a dusty day out. I also appreciated the cozy outdoor seating areas. especially the fire pit, where I enjoyed a lovely evening with friends. However, there were minor maintenance issues like soap dispensers occasionally being empty that could use attention.

5.4/10

During my stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the beautiful outdoor areas, especially the heated pool. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, the hotel was a bit isolated, which made it challenging without a car, and check-in was virtual, which felt a bit impersonal.

Rooms
8.0
I found my room comfortable, featuring a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient for snacks and drinks. While it was small, it met my needs well and had a good shower.
Service
10.0
The staff here were really good! They were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, especially Jonielle and her son, Austin.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located at the south end of Sedona, away from the busy downtown, making it peaceful, but this also means it was harder to get to attractions without a vehicle.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was excellent! I loved the variety available, including healthy options and toppings for yogurt and eggs, making it a good way to start the day.
Facilities
8.0
The pool was a highlight, being heated even in the winter, and the outdoor fire pit offered a relaxing evening experience, though I didn't get to use the exercise facilities.
